Steven and his guys did an awesome job restoring my basement after a flood. It was the cleanest Ive ever seen my basement since I moved into my house. Very friendly, professional and worked with my schedule. 10/10 would recommend.

After 30+ years of home ownership, we recently filed our first insurance claim due to storm damage. We called the Service Master Excellence Team to help us. Their inspection process was thorough. Problem areas were identified and addressed. The Service Master Excellence Team did an excellent job repairing storm damaged interior bedroom/office/garage walls and ceilings. Our walls/ceilings were restored to “new” condition. Messes were cleaned-up daily. Our (many) daily questions were answered. As a bonus, they worked with our insurance company to ensure the claim was fairly and accurately settled for all parties. We highly recommend the Service Master Excellence Team in your time of need.

Had a huge emergency with a sewer backup situation. After making numerous calls to try to get help from a professional biohazard cleanup, I was at a loss to try to get someone to come out ASAP! The other companies turned me down. I tried the last number, a referral from a biohazard company, which said they did not have the type of manpower or tools to get the job done. So they referred me to ServiceMaster – for Water damage restoration services….. By now I was skeptical. But due to my desperation, I gave ServiceMaster a call leaving a message at a very late hour of the day. To my surprise I got a call back that same night shortly after from “Steve” – He listened to my rant, and said they would take care of the mess. I decided to book an appointment and Steve and his crew came out shortly as promised and on time! I was blown away and impressed by how quickly he was able to get the job done – I am ever grateful for the work performed because it was also done under a lot of pressure going into the holiday’s timeline, – Dec, 23, 2023! However, they still were able to accommodate my request! I was impressed! Thank you Steve and Team You Guys ROCK!! Yuri – Happy Customer!

I had the pleasure of working with this company for a recent insurance claim and their water mitigation services. Roughly an hour after filing my claim I had been contacted by Steve at ServiceMaster, well before anyone else at my insurance company even. The communication through the week that my house was being dried was phenomenal, everyone I communicated with was professional, polite, and I don’t think I had to leave more than one message. The one message I did leave was returned very promptly. While I hope to never need the services they rendered for me again, I know that if I do I will be happy to contact them.

Steve and his team at Service Master Excellence did an outstanding job helping us right after Christmas when we came home to find our pipes broken and house flooded. They cleaned up the mess and did a great job putting in a new Kitchen, floors, ceiling and redoing the basement, etc. They helped us through the entire process and were honest and did really good work.
