911 Restoration of Metro Detroit is Definitely the way to go w/any of your restoration needs! I don’t review (let alone give 5 stars out) lightly. I had an urgent matter I needed checked out asap. I filled out their form & they called RIGHT AWAY (like they said they would after submittal) they put me through to an AMAZING “Contractor”, Patrick McDonough (He’s the franchise owner!) Not only did he LISTEN he offered to head out to me immediately! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind! A trust-worthy man who went above and beyond for my familie’s needs. I can literally say he saved my family big time w/his advice on what needed to be done and by answering all my questions and he addressed what I needed! All this was from a FREE Estimate! He’s honest & won’t try and sell you on service you don’t need (I’ve worked in the field at a few diff places & believe me there are A LOT of companies/contractors that would!!) I will be using 911 Restoration of Metro Detroit if /when disaster strikes. I HIGHLY recommend getting a free estimate from them and head their advice if you need anything done. I promise you won’t be disappointed! Thank you again Patrick McDonough!

I called 911 Restoration Late on a Sunday night when I came and the condo was flooded in water. Patrick did not hesitate to drive and come and He tried his best to calm me down, and made sure to explain everything for me about the process of mitigation. He came right away the next day, him and the crew, and they did the wonderful job. He was professional, quick and honest.

Answered right away to address a backed up basement. A little slow on the follow up the next day, but once they were rolling everything went smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
