I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from BluSky for a water intrusion/mold/asbestos issue I recently had at my rental property. They worked seamlessly with my tenant and my insurance adjustor, and just “got it done” with a minimum of hassle on my part. They always showed up when they said they would, and the work was always performed exactly how they said it would be. No corners were ever cut – in fact they always went the extra mile to ensure the work was done right. I was always kept in the loop with emailed updates on a regular basis as we moved through the phases of the abatement and restoration work. Phone calls and emails were always returned promptly and accurately, and everyone I dealt with during the process exhibited the utmost professionalism. Thank you BluSky!

Our apartment complex flooded and BlueSky was called in to lead the remediation efforts. From the moment they were on-site, our anxiety levels increased. They broke a vintage light-bulb of mine (that they tried to replace with an old, broken light-bulb and another used bulb), left doors open to outside our complex while our animals were running around, and tossed bleach all around our apartment and on our furniture. My advice when these guys are on-site is to watch your valuables and take a day or two off from work to monitor them closely.

We have been under contract with procare for years the one time I called them to come out this year they put us on 72 hour wait list. we cleaned the issue ourselves. Their office staff is sub par unable produce invoices, detail for the invoices and will tell you to stay patient while they change over the software for a month. We have our insurance company banging on the door looking for information and pro care/blue sky told us to stay patient and they will get it to us when they, but with no time table. very unhappy
