I called Puroclean to assess my finished basement for moisture and possible mold. Jeremy arrived on time and provided a comprehensive assessment at no cost. Thankfully I didn’t have any issues so no remediation was required. Jeremy is knowledgeable and professional and was easy to work with. I would recommend.

Jeremy’s team did solid work but I felt pressured into working with him. He measured high water levels around my window frame and a portion of the ceiling but couldn’t provide any estimate of the cost until he got in there. Once they opened it up, he yet again did not provide an estimate of the cost or the work that would be needed. He didn’t explain what his team was doing each day and didn’t even ask me what hours I preferred they work upfront. They were there for 6 days. It felt wrong from the start and got worse when I received a $7500 bill a month later just to clean-up the small area of “significant” mold and that didn’t include plaster and paint, which was another $4500. He also promised before we started to help me get paid for every penny from insurance, but then threatened to send me to collections 60 days after giving me a monstrous bill that insurance is still dealing with. I stopped his team after the remediation and will find another contractor for the reconstruction. Good work, but very expensive and shady business practices.

Jeremy performed water mitigation at my Mother’s house right after she passed away. It was a difficult situation for me personally and also tricky to know if it would be insured. We decided that I would pay half up front, and hopefully the insurance would cover the rest, otherwise I would. When it became clear insurance would cover it he insisted I provide a credit card first, just in case he was unsatisfied with the amount they paid out. I refused and he decided to sue me. Hence the one star. Also beware, he told me that all the whole kitchen needed to be replaced. I offered an alternative which worked just fine, and luckily I didn’t also have to pay for a kitchen that didn’t actually need replacing.

PuroClean provided insulation remediation service at my home. The job was considered a biohazard due to previous nesting of mice within the insulation. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. They were super responsive, thorough, and very professional. After the job was done, they came back out for a quality review. I initially called ServPro and they sent someone out but I couldn’t get them to follow up. I should have gone with PuroClean from the beginning. I can’t recommend these Jeremy and his team enough.

There was fairly extensive water damage from a unit leaking into mine from above. We called PuroClean of Brookline, Jeremy and his team came out quickly. Jeremy was able to answer all my questions in as much detail as I wanted. He was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He gave me the facts I asked for and didn’t waste my time trying to sell anything I didn’t need. His team is incredibly courteous, reliable, and they perform work to a high quality. The bottom line is that, if you have water damage, I feel confident in saying that Jeremy’s team at PuroClean of Brookline are the people I would suggest calling.

Jeremy and his team has done a great job of fixing the mold problem in my bathroom. Damaged bathroom ceiling was replaced with the new one in a fast and efficient way including new powerful fan installation for the quick moisture removal. I would specially note the high quality of the job done. Also Jeremy was very responsive and attentive to all my requests and questions related to the job. I would recommend his service to others.

I had a service done by Jeremy from puroclean Brookline. He is very honest, patient and helpful. He explained all the details and procedures. He helped me understand how the insurance works. He did a very neat job with a very fair price. He is highly recommended.
