Bobby and Justin came out to my house and were professional and experienced. They left my house neat and tidy after the work and were always ready to help answer my questions. If anyone reading this needs help with a situation like I had (pipe fails in the wall…) I recommend this team! Thanks also to Nicholas and Chris for helping to line this all up! Prompt, timely, neat, and professional!!!

We had water damage in 5 rooms – parts of ceilings and walls needed to be removed. Very tough to deal with seeing recent updates had just been made 😕 Alex and Chris made it happen with great organization professionalism and reassuring us at every step. I was very impressed with Nick and Jason’s work as they protected our home and removed all damaged areas!!! They were great at what they did and demo was impressive. THANKS HAVERHILL SERVPRO!

I can’t thank Servepro enough for everything have done for us in regards to our recent toilet back up. They came that day and cleaned everything for us perfectly. They were very clear on what was going on, what we needed to do, guided us the whole way. Alex our estimator was constantly in contact with me letting me know the status of where everything was. He went above and beyond with communication. When he found out we had a 1yr old he was sure to tape off rough edges and baby proof the current state of our house. The demo team of Bobby, Yeimi, and Jeremy were top notch. They were in our house for 4 days and were the utmost professionals. The work they did was perfect and their friendliness on top of it made it that much better. Yeimi witnessed my wife trying to bring groceries in with a toddler in tow and helped her carry them in. Chris our project manager has been there from start to finish and has guided us the whole way. He cares and it shows. I can’t reccomend ServePro of Haverhill any more. A+ work / communication from them. When you have something unfortunate happen at home it’s good to know there is a company close by goes above and beyond to get your house back together.

Exercise caution when considering hiring this company. The entire staff exhibits unprofessional and rude behavior. Unfortunately, our experience with ServePro involved water damage to our apartment, and we engaged them for both remediation and reconstruction. Regrettably, they assigned an inexperienced project manager who had recently joined the company. This manager demonstrated a lack of expertise in handling the job. Despite our explicit communication about residents occupying the apartment during reconstruction, numerous safety hazards were left unresolved, posing a risk to those living there. For instance, they left tack strips with nails pointing upwards in the living room after removing the carpet (refer to the attached photo). ServePro staff displayed extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism, abandoning the job midway. In our case, they attempted to take advantage of the situation and quoted an inflated price to our insurance company. Predictably, our insurance company did not agree to the inflated price. In some instances, they charged twice for the same work. After questioning the prices by our insurance adjuster, they decided to leave the job incomplete. The reality is that they cannot handle more significant jobs to begin with. They might be suitable for fixing small issues like installing a faucet or clearing a clogged pipe. They are not even equipped for cleaning an average flooded basement. Additionally, the owner, Patrick Lavigne, sent threatening(sending file to collection attorney) emails regarding payment for an incorrect invoice, despite our polite requests for correction. It’s challenging to believe that they are still in business with this attitude, especially considering their numerous positive Google reviews (which seem to be contributed by relatives, friends, and staff rather than actual customers). For a more accurate reflection of this company, please refer to the Better Business Bureau reviews. The BBB review aligns with the true reality of this company. I anticipate that in response to this review, the owner will likely emphasize their excellent customer service, how great they are etc. However, I urge you not to be swayed by these words, as they may be mere rhetoric and may not accurately reflect their actions. While I acknowledge that the nature of their business may not necessitate formal education (even for the owner), I believe it would be beneficial for them to consider hiring someone with a solid education background who can handle customer interactions more effectively. The owner of this business commented, “This is not a true representation of the experience this customer had with our company.” However, I possess all the evidence, and my experience with this company accurately reflects the contents of my review. In fact, I have a report from the town health inspector documenting the health hazards they left behind while performing work there. On one occasion, their project manager even appeared with masking tape in the presence of the town’s health inspector.

For what is a jarring and unexpected event, Servpro’s team (specifically Bobby and Angel) did a fantastic job. They are polite, informative, clean, thorough, and most of all, friendly. Highly recommend 👌

I called ServePro in the middle of the night when we had experienced a toilet overflowing & continuously pumping water on the 2nd floor. The water was not only soaking into the floors in the bathroom & bedrooms, it was dripping through the floor and ceiling to the main floor. After turning off the water, I called & left a message as we tried to soak up the water to prevent as much damage as possible. Someone called back around 7 AM and told us to expect someone around 8:30 AM. As soon as the crew arrrived, the project manager, Chris Tomkins, took charge & began mitigation efforts. We have had to almost completely rebuild & throughout the process, dealing with the adjuster & contractor, Chris has been key in moving forward. He has always answered my calls & emails in a timely manner & continues to be involved & helpful as we work toward finishing construction & moving back in. I definitely recommend using ServePro for any water related emergency to guide you through the process.
