I had water damage in my basement (a completely finished off entertainment area). My insurance company was terrible and non-responsive. I called ServPro and they were here in about 20 minutes. They went right to work removing everything damaged by the water. Since time lapsed due to lack of response from my insurance company, mold and started spreading in the basement. ServPro notified the EPA for them to conduct inspections during the process. I was at my wit’s end with the insurance company, but Stephanie Rappazzo (The Operations Manager for ServPro) stepped in and assisted me with negotiating. She even suggested a reputable company to complete the re-construction of the basement. I can’t express how professional ServPro and especially Stephanie Rappazzo have been through this whole process. Would I recommend ServPro to anyone? In a Heartbeat !!! Dennis Chyba

I used ServPro to clean our carpets, and they were extremely responsive and professional. Most importantly, They really cleaned our carpets! We had a leak occur while they were here, and they even responded to that by pulling up the carpet, and cutting away the padding and providing us with big fans to dry out the carpet. We were having our wedding party in a couple of days, and the team really helped us out to get that cleaned up before the actual party. We were so grateful, and we appreciated their responsiveness to our unexpected leak. Anyway, call these guys and get them to come out, you won’t be sorry, as they do outstanding work! And…they also communicate with you the whole time, which is appreciated, too. Thank you ServPro, as always, outstanding service!

I called Servpro for an estimate to clean my brother’s condo in Perry Hall. It had multiple issues. They set up a time, came out and gave us an estimate. Stephanie was AWESOME! She was available every time we texted her a question. The price was right and they cleaned everything thoroughly like they said they would. I would totally use them again and highly recommend them!!
