I can’t thank First and Last Restoration enough for their exceptional service in repairing my salon from water damage. They responded promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and executed the repairs with professionalism. The team was efficient, respectful of my space, and ensured the job was done to perfection. My salon looks brand new again, and I’m grateful for their expertise. I was nervous that when they were done I would have to paint. When I saw that my salon was painted, I was overjoyed. Highly recommend 10/10 for their top-notch restoration services!

Man these guy are the best of the best. When it comes to getting the job done right you have definitely came to the right place. Had a great experience, staff was polite and professional, anytime I needed a point of contact they were super responsive. Never look forward to getting work done on my house, but I do love having such reliable people ready to work with me and the peace of mind of having trustworthy people working on my home. 10/10 experience and shout out to the owner Mr.Mosby he even came to see the finished product personally I really appreciated that.

First and Last Restoration is the best. From the owner Marcellis to Kris and Quincy are all so great. My basement was water flooded due to storm. Marcellis responded quickly to my emergency. Kris and Quincy removed all the water from my basement the same day as I made the call. They demolded it thoroughly. They used tens of fans,dehumidifier, heater to dry the basement. It took almost two weeks.Kris and Quincy stopped by almost everyday to make sure everything is OK. They are so professional and patiently. Thank you!

My experience with First and Last Restoration has been amazing! This was the first time that I’ve had to deal with water issues in my home so I became anxious thinking about what type of damage may have been caused. The bathroom flooded, due to a broken piece under the toilet, and water came pouring through my dining room ceiling. I’d reached out to another water restoration company who’d come out and assessed the situation within all of 3 minutes. I wasn’t satisfied with the lack of information from the prior company and was given a great referral to this one. Mr. Mosby was extremely quick with communication, the mitigation team arrived promptly, and was extremely nice/professional while taking their time to carefully explain each issue and solution during their assessment. They started the job the following morning. I stayed elsewhere while they were working and they kept me updated with pictures and communication throughout the day. Once completed, the work was done efficiently and effectively. I’m extremely happy with my decision to go with this company and will certainly contact /refer them in the event of any water damage issues.

Our basement was flooded and we when on Google pages and found first and last restoration. The best decision I ever made. Marcellis was there the next 1 hour and assessed the damage. 2 hours later Marcellis and his crew showed up. They assured me that everything was going to be ok and just kept telling he would take care of me and that’s just what he did. What a professional, honest, hard working young man. He went above and beyond to get the water out of the basement and get it dry. I trust him in every way and never thought twice about any decision he made. Keep me very informed. I will highly recommend First and last restoration. Thank you Marcellus , you are amazing

First & Last Restoration is one of the top professional experiences I have ever had. Marcellis an amazing man. Thorough and professional. He clearly takes pride in his work. Using some high tech tools he expertly assessed our smelly bathroom and said we did NOT have mold. He did not charge us for the visit. Class Act and Man of Confidence !!! Top 1%!!!

First & and last restoration provides professional, prompt and curtious service. The owner marcellus is amazing. He responded on a Sunday evening, immediately after attending a important family function. He quickly accessed the flood damage and began the medigation process. The staff (Quincy, Mario and Dee ), exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.
