ServPro did a great job. Fidel, Mauricio, and Peter did a wonderful job making sure everything was resolved. Fidel especially did a great job communicating everything that needed to be done so I really appreciated that. I will definitely recommend ServPro if you have any water damage issues or anything that applies because they really did do a great job.

Servpro saved my home for a second time in one year. I had two different water issues both causing extensive damage. Nico, Fidel Mauricio & Stiven worked so hard for five days all the while taking such care of the things not damaged and making sure the clean up was thorough. Their work was excellent. They were polite professional and great communicators. I can say enough good things. I’m fortunate to have worked with them.

SERVPRO did an excellent demo job in my condo; responded immediately to my insurance adjuster’s need for their services. Additionally, Michelle Lolli was instrumental in working with me to obtain payment from insurance, which had been long overdue, saving me from using my own funds, and protecting my credit at the same time! My experience with the ream at Servpro was exceptional. They were on time, quick, clean, and explained what was being bone for the mitigation. The mitigation for drying my laundry room took 3 days due to the amount of moisture. Each day they came to monitor the progress and updated me with the progress. I was so satisfied with thier work during mitigation, I’ve decided to ask thier repair team to give me an estimate to fix the wall and flooring. I would highly recommend, and will use for future disasters!
