PSA: If anyone is looking to hire a contractor for home repairs or restoration, I urge you to STAY AWAY from Eagle Environmental Solutions, the owner (Jim Atkinson) has been MIA for months now and I am dealing with a lack of repairs from water damage back from February of 2021. The full story between now and then is a bit on the long side but to keep it short as possible…They pressed me for the insurance money needed to secure the flooring deposit and after much back and forth with the insurance company I was able to them last August. However, they NEVER rendered payment to the flooring company and I am still left with an unfinished home for me and my children. Not to say my home is unlivable, because it is. But this company took money from me without the completion of services. Two months ago he said he was going to pay the flooring company and get me scheduled for the middle of May…that never happened. The most recent message from the owner Friday the 24th of June, after over two months of silence was that he was going to pay the flooring company last week and has not done so. Well it’s been two weeks today and still nothing. Neither myself or the flooring company has not been able to reach anyone at Eagle Environmental.

The kind folks at Eagle are courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. It’s obvious that customer satisfaction is important to their team. They treat their customers with courtesy and compassion. Unlike the big corporations that can simply treat you like a number.

My sump pump stopped working and my basement totally flooded, it was a nightmare down there. Amy and her crew did an outstanding job getting the water up, the junk out of the basement, cut out all the wet drywall. I definitely would recommend their services!

I was very Impressed on how knowledgeable my technician was as he walked through my loss and explained what was going to be done before starting any work. After he was finished he explained the process for the next few days. I’m very happy with Eagle and how they made a stressful situation very easy to get through.
