Rob and crew were awesome when we had a sump pump decide to flood our basement while away. I can’t recommend them enough for their professionalism and expertise. Local guy that helped at the drop of a hat. Very knowledgeable about his trade. In a tough situation he made it manageable and guided us through the process. I highly recommend his company to anyone.

We contacted Flood Solutions for a free quote. The responded very quickly with a reasonable quote. They were able to schedule our mold removal in just a few days. They moved all the boxes and furniture away from the walls , set up a barrier to prevent the mold from coming into the rest of the house. We are very happy with their work.

My entire basement flooded from a failed sump pump. I had atleast 2 inches of water in my basement from front to back. I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Made a phone call and they came out that same day. They explained everything to us on what they needed to do and were going to do. Very professional and experienced. Having them do the work in my home in my time of need lowered my anxiety to a different level. I will be referring Flood Solutions to my friends and family.

Flood Solutions was the first company that my husband contacted when we had a flood in our basement. When they arrived, Brian who was the service technician was very professional. He advised us the cause of the flood after carefully checking. He gave us the best options and solutions when dealing with the insurance company. After all the work he had to do I couldn’t have been more satisfied, he went above and beyond, job well done. I would definitely recommend this company.

We worked with Flood Solutions twice this year, for mold remediation due to water damage in our kitchen from the dishwasher leaking and most recently for water damage and mold in our basement due to a crack in the foundation. I was a bit apprehensive for the initial visit but I felt at ease with Megan from the initial consultation. Megan and her team on both occasions were exceptional, they were very professional, effective & efficient and were very respectful of us and our home( (They even wore footies to keep our house clean ). We are hoping that we do not have any future water damage and mold issues but if we do, we will definitely be contacting Flood solution !! Couldn’t figure what that smell was, dead mouse ? when I walked in bare feet and most my carpet was soaked and the. The back room was flooded : I freaked . Rob and his crew came out next day with a team and pulled carpet without damaging it and we saved it . Removed soaked carpet pad and water clean up , a slew of fans and humidifiers were put to work . A carpet guy came in and cut and replaced my pad and rescued my carpet . Good as new ! I would recommend these guys to everyone – thanks so much !
