Mario and his team were incredible! PLEASE CALL THEM FIRST! I originally called a well-known restoration company (you see their trucks all the time) and they were horrible. Poor communication. They were just in it for the money—charging me for a dehumidifier and two fans when there was still visible water on the ground and in the carpet. Frustrated, I called Mario on a Monday night around 9:30 PM thinking I would get a voicemail. Nope! Mario answered the phone and was out first thing Tuesday morning. They removed everything and started drying the basement the next day! The project manager kept me informed every step of the way and the crew was top notch—understanding, courteous, and efficient. Mario and his wife are all about the community and it matters. He knows everyone — plumber, electrician, HVAC. You have enough to worry about, so please call BEST OPTION RESTORATION DMV — you’ll be glad you did!

After 50 years in the house, we experienced a leak in the livingroom ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. A plumber fixed the leak after which we contacted Best Option Restoration. We could not be more pleased with their work. They responded quickly to our call, sent in a professional team to dry things out, protected our furniture as they worked and were pleasant to deal with throughout.

When fixing our basement flood, Best Option Restoration, was super responsive and arrived in a matter of hours. The quality of the workmanship was high, and I can confidently say there is no residual indication from our basement flood. They dealt entirely with insurance for their part of the project. They know their work, and they know the insurance process and are able to fully assess and document the requirements to make you whole again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Best Option Restoration did an awesome job for me. My basement flooded in the middle of the night. I was able to speak to someone after hours and they had Mike and his crew lined up to be at my house early that morning and wasted no time getting the mess cleaned up and explaing the process to me on how the basement was going to get put back together. I definitely would not hesitate to use them again if I ever need to.

Best Option Restoration responded quickly to my flood emergency and did a fantastic job. All the guys were polite and respectful and left my property ready for the rebuild. Basement flooded and Best Option literally was the BEST OPTION!!! I reached out to my buddy who’s a GC and he had contact Mario. Mario was at lunch and had a crew with applicable equipment within two hours. I will always recommend this company
