Helpful staff from Office Staff to Estimator to Dominic, the Job Supervisor who was, immediately, very personable and knowledgeable. The onsite team of three did a good job of cleaning up remaining Soot Damage. Quite pricey, considering a few spots were missed but in general no complaints. I would use them again!

ServePro and Chase Creek Remodeling – I would give zero stars but it won’t allow that low. We are now 85 and have walkers. We had walkers and a wheeled desk chair that ServePro moved when they took up the damaged flooring in the kitchen and in the basement in August 2021. We did not hide the fact that we are old, that the built in desk has a rolling desk chair or the walkers we use. We were sold an “upgrade” and I paid out of pocket over the insurance money for this upgrade. I will use company names ServePro and Chase Creek Remodeling as they share the same business address in Severna Park and when you call the Serve Pro number you get Chris who apparently works at both. We contacted Servpro/Chase Creek in November 2022 because our floor was cracked and peeling at the desk in the kitchen. We were told it was because we did not have a chair mat for the rolling chair at the desk. We purchased a chair mat to put under the desk. This did not stop the issues. The floor continued to fall apart until we are tripping over the floor. My grandchildren are not allowed to walk barefoot in the kitchen for fear of splinters. ServePro/Chase Creek sent us to RPS (the flooring manufacturer) to see if there was a defect in the flooring because they (ServePro/Chase Creek were not replacing our floor). RPS sent a rep. The flooring is never supposed to have any wheeled chairs or items. We were sold a floor by ServePro that you are not able to use walkers on. Once the floor started to crack under the desk the rest was only a matter of time is what the flooring rep said. The first line on their warranty for the floor that was sold to me as an “upgrade” was not to use any wheeled items on it. I find it appalling a repair and flooring place would sell two old people with mobility issues a floor that we never could use and then blame us for using walkers and a wheeled desk chair at the desk. My daughter-in-law contacted them and asked for an email address to mail pictures and was told by Jessica that they would not provide full names or email address for Chris; “it was company policy” to withhold that information. Since most business cards contain that information, she took it to mean they did not want to deal with her but continue to deal with two 85-year-old people. Chris tried to sell me the “upgrade” to replace the wood floor that is in the dining room, hall and all the bedrooms (that was the same type in the kitchen prior to the water damage). I am thankful I did not. That floor is still doing great and in perfect shape in all rooms – despite the fact we have wheeled chairs at the table and in all the rooms. Buyer beware of dealing with this group. They appear to only what sell you what will make them the most money, but not what you need. The pictures are from our “upgraded” floor sold and installed August 2021 by ServePro/Chase Creek Remodeling.

I have no knowledge of Servpro’s fire and water cleanup services however, I’ve heard great things!! If it is anything like their pen, you couldn’t find better service. These pens are the smoothest writing utensil I have ever come across. It glides across paper like a graceful swan glides along the surface of a lake. If you go to Servpro for nothing other than their pen, I can assure you, you will not be disappointed.

After identifying a leak in our kitchen drain line, Servpro came out and removed our water-damaged sink base and provided fans/dehumidifier to dry out the area. They did a great job, only minor complaint is pricing – I understand everything is expensive these days, so I still highly recommend them – they are professional and courteous.

Servpro Arnold saved us when water was left running in a clogged sink for almost 9 hours. The water went from our third floor bathroom all the way to our basement. They came out quickly and helped mitigate all of our issues. After setting up fans and heaters, they came back daily and checked on everything. They also check in by phone. Now we are working with Chase Creek Remodel to start fixing everything and it has been seamless. Specifically Josh and Jim were so friendly and helpful. We are so grateful!

Servpro was recommended by our contractor for a small job (removing wet drywall and moldy insulation, and treating ceiling, after a rainwater leak). Their surveyor came quickly, the quote was reasonable, and the crew was prompt, polite, and did a professional job, leaving the area clean. They offered additional fan rental to dry the area, but were not pushy about it, and after the job agreed that it was not really needed in our case. Would use them again.
