Servpro has been an awesome company. They made a terrible situation so much better. These girls were sweet and so eager to help! You will be lucky if they show up at your house when the need arises! Ty has fielded so many phone calls and just answered anything we had questions about. Megan and Jackaree are great and were full of smiles and ready to help us get packed! Servpro of South Shreveport has hired two very competent young men to provide services. Both Ryan and Zahir were professional and provided quality service at a very difficult time. A tree fell on my home during a storm. They came in to do the pack out and the pack in after the renovation was completed! They were prompt, friendly, caring, and careful with my belongings! This is a great company! I would recommend Servepro to anyone with water damage. They were sweet, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They came to my house after hours to begin the clean up process. Ty, Lajarious and Brooke are a great team and some people you would definitely want in your corner. Thank you for your hard work! ❤️

👎My experience has not been pleasant, and has been extremely frustrating. The Shreveport location lacks professionalism, and are very despicable to say it mildly. There is a sincere distaste for having to call the Company to see if they will show up for work -versus why isn’t the Company calling you to inform you timely that they will not be able to perform the work? There has been a constant unpreparedness by their entire team & gross cases of lack of communication & repeated miscommunications & hiccups. Although their field members and staff are pleasant & courteous, the office personnel and office Manager’s could use some employee training. Very “ snooty”! Their seemingly sense of entitlement to be in the office comes through over the phone very quickly & clearly. The overall lack of care & DRY professionalism after they are slacking is absurd. There is definitely more to customer service, other than picking up simply answering the phones. I could never recommend this company to anyone, and I find it very hard to believe that they are a contracted constituent of one of the largest insurance brands in the country. They very seldom return calls. The office staff are very unorganized. They, never call to follow up on appointments, and have to be babysat to follow through on appointment dates-and times. Definitely could benefit from something call Follow-Thru! Some Better phone etiquette, some attitude adjusting, skills training in logistics, and customer handling skills would well suit them. The office personnel are consistently confusing accounts and jobs, lack ability to coordinate staffing & schedules efficiently, have poor attitudes, and plenty of poor excuses for foul ups. Servpro of south Shreveport did an amazing job. They came quickly and after hours Very professional and kind. Krystal did an amazing job at answering all of our questions and keeping us informed. Ryan, Bobby, Ty, Quincy, and Krystal were a great crew to work with. The house was completely flooded so they had to get all the water out, take out all the flooring in every room, and dry the house out. They worked hard and had so much patience. Thankyou for everything.

I had a water heater tank leak in my attic and all the individuals I have worked with thru ServPro have been professional, polite and understanding. I have worked mainly with Brooke, Sierra & Dan but fleetingly with Shane, Ben and one other lady. All of them have helped me through this crisis empathetically, and consistently addressed my questions and concerns (which were numerous 😉). It did take longer than informed and expected to get an estimate for the work to be completed but ServPro bent over backwards to work with my schedule to get the job done!
