This company is literally God sent. They are kind, thoughtful, considerate and compassionate. They listen, when we called them we had a tree branch fall into our home and they came out and they have been so helpful and they respect the fact that we don’t wear shoes in our home and they honored that. They also sent some of the best team members to our home to complete demo. Thank you Tim, Samuel, Dawson, Jayson and Cory. I called Restoration One on a Thursday afternoon with a mold issue and Jonathan Dew came out first thing Friday morning. Jonathan was so polite, professional and informative. We didn’t have a big issue but he took a lot of time to ease our concerns and made sure that we understood everything that he would be doing during this service call. There is no question about who our first call will go to if another issue such as this were to arise in the future.

Restoration 1 does it all, they do it fast, and they do it right. Every initial inspector has been out to start organizing cleanup within 2 hours of my emergency. Drew dropped everything on a Sunday night to get a cleanup started, and Arielle was available for complicated questions for days after-the-fact. The head of the cleanup crew, Mr. Tim, is always prompt, professional, and thorough while also being unfailingly kind. Every member of his teams – Jimrell, Dennis, Corey, Jason, Jimmy, Sean – have been the same and always open to answering my questions. Their project estimator, Jonathan, has been indispensable and infinitely patient both in helping me understand the insurance process and dealing with my insurance himself. The local owner, David, really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right. I am grateful beyond words for these people and what they do!

Highly recommend this company. I personally had a homeowner who I was assisting with a roof issue who had water damage. I told them about my experience with R1 and for them to look into R1…. They listened and was very pleased with the experience. To get a call like that is why I highly recommend using R1 for any and all mitigation issues. These are the team members who helped during the process. John, Franny, Tori, Antjuan, Landon, Sam, Dawson, Tim, Cory, Jayson, and Daryl.

Everyone was helpful and punctual. When they came to work they WORKED. The entire crew was polite, friendly and patient with my wife and I. If we had questions they took the time to answer them. The crew that helped us were David Hofstetter, Tim, Cory, Jayson, Darryl, Dawson, Landon, Sam and Frannie. I would also like to say that Victoria in the office was extremely helpful as well. She got the crew out there and helped me with getting information.
