We had a major water leak at our library and called ServPro. They came out within hours to begin extracting water, taking down drywall, insulation, setting up dehumidifiers and fans. Colton and his crew checked the library daily to ensure it was drying and did not mark the job complete until all areas were showing dry with their gauge. I would definitely recommend ServPro for any water issues. Very professional.

They cam and put fans up to dry out our walls and baseboards and had to remove some of the carpet padding downstairs and some of the wall upstairs. They were very respectful and polite and understanding of our needs. We had a tree fall the front of our house that took down our gutters and part of the overhang and left a big hole in the roof. Their main objective was to get the tree off of the house and dry the inside out. They had to leave the fans on for about three days.

Nick, Cody, Osmar were fabulous! They worked hard to get my water damaged items removed fast. Let me tell you, that was not easy due to an oversized bean bag filled with foam that likely weighed over 500#’s as it had soaked up a majority of the water. Everything from the moment I called to the removal of the blowers and equipment has been spot on and simple. Under that kind of stress, no one wants to have to be thinking through every moments that will come after such an event. ServPro takes care of everything including your insurance, from the get-go. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have probably made it through the enormous stress as well if it weren’t for them. Having a brand new home and a flooded basement when you wake up in the morning is not a great way to start your day. Thank you ALL for taking the reigns and making this so much better.
