We had basement ceiling damage due to water leakage from the main floor of our home. I found All Dry online and contacted them about an estimate. They sent an inspector and provided what I thought was an extremely fair offer. The work was just completed this morning by associate James Husband who was superb! He arrived right on time, was professional & a pleasure to work with! I also want to commend All Dry owners Cam & Lauren – both very responsive! They answered all my questions; entire process was seamless from start to finish! James represents his company well. I extend my sincerest gratitude to All Dry. Fortunately no mold was discovered, but for anyone with water damage – residential or commercial – All Dry gets my 5 star recommendation. Thank you!

All Dry came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon after LG&E turned off my elderly father’s power in error for 6 days resulting in his basement flooding. They were responsive and most respectful of my father’s unique situation from our initial call, communicating with us through all the steps to final cleanup. Thank you All Dry!

This is the second time I have used All Dry to address water damage in my basement. Cam and his crew are truly the best. Even with lots of other storm damage jobs, he fit me in immediately to start to mitigate the water in my basement, and followed up diligently for the next several days until the job was completed. Their work is thorough, fast, and at a very fair price, and they were helpful in navigating insurance payments. I wish every business operated the way All Dry does; it was truly a pleasure to work with them even in a stressful situation.

Cam and James from All Dry were fantastic. Left their dinners early to get to my problem. Within 2 hours of my call they had area cleaned and machines rolling to help my water issue that was flooding the basement. Their quick action saved my carpet and tile in room above. During the few days they were restoring my home, I had ANOTHER issue occurring and they were offering suggestions that led to me finding/stopping the issue. This one had nothing to do with the original issue – they were just that helpful. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend enough! My laundry room flooded and Cam and team came out the very next morning. They offered explanations on the damage and what they could do to fix the problem. They delivered on their promises. They are very reasonable on cost, thorough, and friendly! Thank you so much, Cam, for making a bad situation better.

Cam and his team were very professional and prompt in helping with a mold issue in our home. They were quick to come to the house for the estimate, answered all our questions and we were very pleased with how thorough they were in completing the job. It was very obvious that they care about the work that they do and about giving the customer the best service possible. I would absolutely recommend this company and can’t thank them enough!!

The All Dry team was awesome from start to finish. They were out here same day for an estimate, answered questions between estimate and start. Once started they completed the job quickly and very thorough which saved us time and money. Really appreciate the work they did for us, we had a great experience.
