We recently used Dry Fast for a water leak we had due to a pipe that burst in our garage. Andrew came out immediately to get the remediation process started. He was very straightforward, honest, and kept us informed through the entire process. Either Andrew or someone from his team was out almost daily to check the status of the drying process. They put up a barrier when removing tile and did an excellent job cleaning up any mess that was made. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of water remediation.

Andrew and his crew at Dry Fast are as good as they come. We had a pipe burst under our shower. Once it was discovered the burst was under the shower and that would need to be removed and the area needed to be tested for water detection, Andrew was at our house within a few hours. Andrew and Dry Fast took a chaotic situation at our house and made us feel better, secure, and taken care of incredibly quickly. Andrew constantly checked-in with us over the course of 4 days until the time our house was dry and good to go. He also worked directly with our insurance company to authorize payment. If you EVER need help with water removal or damage, this is the company for you.

Our plumber recommended Andrew with Dry Fast of Lexington after experiencing a large water leak. Andrew was there within a few hours of our call to assess the situation and make a plan for drying out the space. Andrew and his crew, Garrett and James, were responsive, professional, on time and did a very good job. They put up plastic barriers to prevent any dust or debris getting into other areas of the home and used fans and dehumidifiers to remove all of the moisture that remained. They put the same effort into the cleanup process as they did in setting up. Andrew was always available to receive my calls and questions. Andrew’s team was quick, courteous and thorough and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We identified water entering our finished basement from outside after a heavy rain and our insurance agent recommended Andrew with Dry Fast of Lexington. He came within an hour, set up some equipment, explained what he needed (us to move some furniture), and what would happen next. He came back in the morning with more equipment and discovered mold (apparently the water had infiltrated several times from outside and we didn’t catch it since it was in the corner underneath some metal shelves with my son’s toys). He put up a containment barrier and then began to remediate the mold. He kept us informed every step of the way and showed us the point of entry to help identify the type of contractors that we needed. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience and it is clear he has done this for many years in Memphis prior to moving here and starting a business in Lexington. He is professional, kind, respectful, trustworthy and has gone above and beyond at every step. It has been over a week and our basement is now dry with no signs of mold. We will continue to work with Andrew until our water remediation can be completed by the contractors as it is likely that water will continue to be an issue until the problem is fixed. I feel good about my family’s safety and what steps to take if water comes in again. Andrew worked with us to develop a plan we all feel good about moving forward.
