We could not have asked for better service then we received from the Servpro-Warren County crew that traveled from Kentucky to our home in Nebraska. Still reeling from tornadoes in Eastern Nebraska, the Omaha area was hit with violent thunderstorms which featured 6+ rainfall totals and golf ball size hail on May 21. When we call our area Servpro group, we were 720th on the wait list but after a 36 hour wait, we were contacted by the Warren County crew, traveling to the Midwest to assist. We scheduled a late afternoon visit from our new Kentucky friends, a Tuesday morning setup and the work had begun. Thursday afternoon, with their work completed, Nicholas, Nicole and Heather were headed back east, with their mission accomplished. They answered all of our questions, while being friendly and personable. Thank you Servpro Warren County! Edited on 7-2-24: While we stand by the workmanship and professionalism of the crew that assisted us, we have been frustrated with the billing department of Servepro-Warren County. On site, we were assured that the total charges would probably be no more than $1450. We were surprised to see the total billing amount of $2539. We are currently in the back-and-forth stage of any resolution and we’re hopeful we can have better news in the next edit.

We called the 800 number and unfortunately got assigend to this franchise. They came and looked a job and then tried to get us to agree to money over the phone. They wouldn’t send a written proposal. They did not communicate with us thay they were an out of state franchise storm chasing. They did not put us in communication with the nearest franchise office. Had to start all over with someone else.

I incurred some damage to my home from a pipe leak. I called Servpro and Amanda Lindsey came out to assess the damage. She told me what they would do to help me, and said she would send an estimate. I never heard from her again. I followed up with her twice and she never responded. Very unprofessional and rude and an unsustainable business model.
