HL Restoration is a great company. I’ve, unfortunately, experienced a couple of water losses in the not-too-distant past, most recently last week. For each loss, HL Restoration was prompt, courteous and professional throughout both the mitigation and build out phase of the projects. I highly recommend HL Restoration.

Extremely responsive and communication throughout the process was best I have seen from a restoration company and I have used several as a property manager for FirstSevice Residential. Appreciate these guys and will use them from here on out.

They did storm damage restoration on my house. Communication was terrible. They cut corners and quality of work was very poor. About a month after painting my porch, previous color is coming through. There was no prep work done – just a single layer of hastily applied cover. Gutter screws are visibly poking though. They left a mess behind. I asked them to remove unused paint and they stuck it in my garage. Paint was dripped on walls, cabinets, and floors. Constantly finding roofing nails in my yard and driveway. Downspouts look crumpled and ragged at seams. Wallpaper applied first time had bubbles. They repapered and less than a month later there are brown spots coming through. Every time they “fix” something, they seem to cause other issues. I am going to have to have most of the work redone at my own expense. I wish I would have opted for the cash out and hired another company to do the work.

We had a main sewer back-up affecting a third of our finished basement. They arrived 90 minutes after I hung up the phone . . . on a Sunday! Went to work immediately and was back four days in a row exactly when they said they would be there. Cleaned up and hauled out everything contaminated. They did everything they said they would and more!

Great Company to work with. I had a water mitigation claim, they have be 100% professional all the way through the process. Their staff is awesome. Each stage had a plan, a goal and a positive result. Would recommend them to everyone!

I have LOVED my experience with HarenLaughlin. Every team member I have met has gone above and beyond to help out with anything I needed, even just advice. They are knowledgeable, personable, and just great, trustworthy people to work with. I do have to give a special shout out to Jason and Alan who I have worked with the most. I trust both of them completely and know that they will be there if I need them.

I have worked with this company several times. They get on the job quickly and make sure everything is taken into consideration especially on water loss jobs. I highly recommend Harenlaughlin Restoration. They will communicate and get back to you in a timely manner.

Definitely call HarenLaughlin Restoration if you have any storm or water damages! During the storms a few months ago, our sump pump failed late on a Saturday night. They were at our house when we called them first thing Sunday morning and saved our basement (and our bank account) while making our home even better than before it flooded!

This company is very disrespectful to anyone around there construction area. They promise to clean up there trash yet it blows every where. The works whistle and women walking by and when you try talking with them no ones speak english and the ones that can are rude. They have trucks running in front of homes at 630 am talking loudly waiting for quite hours to be over to make more noise and play music at loud volumes

They really struggle with the schedule and blame everyone else but themselves . Beware you will need to file liens to get your final payment.
