We really appreciate the EMS excellent services!!!! They were.quick to arrive to help us with our basement flooding, removed our carpet and set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers. Justin, Joe, Bill and all the other workers were fast, efficient, helpful and kind. I highly recommend Emergency Mitigation Services!!!! Thank you to all of them!!!

Benny, Xavier and Joe responded quickly and found the source of the leak. They removed A portion of my kitchen ceiling and the insulation above it. They left dryers in my home for three days. They checked on them daily. They sealed off the area to minimize the dust in the rest of the house. They cleaned up thoroughly. They were professional, friendly, and understanding of the inconvenience of the whole situation. I’m truly happy with the way they handled the job.

My family had a situation that was a pretty big deal. Our Insurance adjustor recommended EMS. I was skeptical. I had the knowledge to fix every issue but hiring different contractors and coordinating each craft to work together seemed like a daunting task. Thankfully EMS was able to do that for us. The Staff at EMS was over the top friendly and helpful. Thank you to Justin, Justice, DJ, Pops, Matt, Benny and the entire crew.

Outstanding care and service from Chase, Mauricio and Chandler on returning my items in storage for over two months. They were very polite and very careful with the work in setting my area back up after repairs. I would 100% recommend this organization to any one needed storage during restoration.

Mr. Benny, Xavier, Maurico, and Phil were incredibly wonderful to work with! We had water damage in our living room and our garage. Even though the water damage was stressful, working with Mr. Benny and his crew helped remove some of the stress from the situation. We’ve had a lot of people work on our home over the years, but Mr. Benny and the crew were THE most respectful and the kindest. Mr. Benny was very patient with us and all our questions. He’s a great communicator and true to his word. The team also took genuine care of our home in all of their tasks. Their work is very thorough and high quality. We had a truly great experience working with this amazing team of people.

Overall our experience has been very good with EMS. But I wanted to call out one employee especially. Chase came out to demo the drywall in our garage after it got wet. Not only was he super polite and answered all our questions, but he had a super good clean up as well. If that wasn’t good enough, he also spotted that our electrical outlet had been damaged and brought it to our attention. Customer service AND looking out for our family’s safety. Thank you Chase!
