Our church in Lawrence had a sudden and major outbreak of mold. Nez and Spencer did the inspection and worked with us over a couple of months as we figured out a plan and worked with insurance. Unfortunately, our insurance declined to cover anything so we had to go a different route (we are a small church with limited finanical resources). However, I was very impressed with Pure Maintenance’s customer service. Nez and Spencer were there whenever we needed to address something with them. They even advocated for us with our insurance company. It was too bad we could not work with them as I felt they more than earned our business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing professional mold remediation.
