We had a house fire with very little fire damage and a lot of smoke damage the first person we dealt with was very helpful unfortunately his last day was on the week they came out for the walk-through. We lived in our camper while cleanup and construction were going on. When the contractor started he ended up having to do a lot of cleanup walls weren’t cleaned around the top, and all of the windows and window frames weren’t cleaned! The doors all had soot all over them. They pulled the old washer and dryer out and cleaned them off knowing we had to throw them out but didn’t clean the wall and floor where they were located. They had a company come out and clean ducts the furnace was clogged with black soot neither of us did a walk-through at the end and neither signed anything. Do not use Servpro they are no different from one location to the next

We always enjoy our experiences with Servpro.. Lisa not only provided us with top notch service, but also took care of and spoiled my kids at a recent heartlanders hockey game we attended! Would highly recommend her to everyone

Conrad and his crew were great! We had an unknown crack in our shower that caused water to burst through the ceiling. Conrad came out quickly and did not wait for the on call crew to get fans to start mitigation as he knew it would take significantly longer. Instead he got all the equipment and came back himself. By this time it was well past when his shift was over and it was Friday night and could have easily been home with his family , but instead he took care of my family. A true neighbor helping a neighbor living in the local community. I can’t thank the ServePro team and Conrad enough and for the follow up to be sure there was no additional water or mold damage.

Had a great experience with Servpro, Condrad Francisco (Project Manager) did an excellent job of being attentive to our needs, responding to questions and concerns in under 5 min (even after hours), and helping us out with our budget. I was very impressed by him and the two exceptional workers he had come do the job. Total time from estimate to completed service was under a week. I was very satisfied and will be recommending them to others.

Thomas Tory from Servpro was very professional, polite, and most of all provided step by step communication to us. He confirmed meeting time & called when enroute to let us know more exact time of arrival. He answered his personal phone when we needed to call him. He took care of insurance for us & communicated with the adjuster. He is what every business would want to represent them. Thank you, Thomas
