Greg was fantastic in getting Servpro out quickly. Their technicians Eddie and Michael were honest, informative, let us know when they were coming every day, and easy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to clean our home. We have 3 young children, and we are comforted knowing the water damage and mold was taken care of so promptly and properly! Thank you!

Just had Serv Pro of Lafayette clean my furnace ducts and furnace. Haley and Abe were two of the most efficient workers I have ever seen. They were both polite, courteous, knowledgeable and were customer oriented! I would recommend Serv Pro to anyone. No matter what service Serv Pro does, from what my wife and I seen they would be far and beyond completing any services they do. ServPro was a JOY to work with when getting our carpets cleaned at Joyful Journey Adult Day. The team was responsive and professional the whole way through. They do a thorough walk through to create an accurate estimate and are happy to answer any of your questions. I found their prices to be very reasonable. They were even able to accommodate our schedule and come on a Saturday. This is a small company and you will not get lost in their shuffle. Tony, Doug and Shelby were great! Thanks ServPro team!

Excellent Service! The carpet in Wolf Park’s conference center needed to be cleaned asap for a big event. We were under pressure. The team at ServPro was able to squeeze us in on the schedule, worked with us on price, showed up on the dot, and finished the project on time! It looked like a brand new carpet- Sparkling clean, stains gone, and the room smelled like flowers. I highly recommend ServPro for carpet cleaning- excellent professional service at a good price- thank you!

My basement had flooded while on vacation due to severe weather; Servpro of Lafayette completed the necessary demolition in a couple days with no mess left behind and dried out in under a week. Abraham and Edwin were fast and efficient. I would recommend Servpro for any services they provide.

After having a minor house fire a while ago, we decided to go with ServPro for the post-disaster cleanup. I was very impressed with their team’s ability to quickly and efficiently take care of my home cleaning and repairs. Their general manager, Greg Thomas, was very communicative about the scope of work and was very helpful throughout the whole process. His crew, consisting of Shelby and Cambry, were very friendly, punctual and always gave me advance notice when they were on their way over as well as giving me status updates before leaving every day. While the service was pricey, that is what insurance is for (USAA, also highly recommended) and while there are still a few more projects outstanding, I have been very pleased with their work so far. If you can afford it, or your insurance will cover it, I highly recommend the ServPro team to take the burden off your shoulders after any sort of home disaster you may have experienced.

I had a water leak under my bathroom floor this past spring. From a client perspective I could not have been happier. They coordinated the demo ( George & Abraham were fantastic)and reconstruction with the contractor.( Jeremy and his team did a fantastic job) Every one was very helpful and communicated all the steps with me and with the insurance company.
