We had some flooding in our basement due to a bad hose on our water heater. Not enough water to cause structural damage thankfully, but enough water to ruin personal items and my day. I called Joseph and his team was there within the hour. I should mention that I live at least 45 minutes from Indianapolis, so the urgency placed on getting to my house was impressive. They removed all the water, placed personal items on small blocks had fans, filters and purifiers set up and going in about an hour. Joe and his team were professional, thoughtful and informative. He told me everything they would be doing and why. One of the members from Joe’s team, Brady, came to the house daily and checked on readings from the equipment daily to make sure we were avoiding mold and other hazards that water/moisture can cause. He was always extremely polite, courteous, informative and professional. When you have small disasters happen in your home it’s comforting to know who you can call.

Vyshonne did an excellent job resealing the walkway up to our front door. Water was infiltrating into our foundation and Michaelis nipped the problem in the bud.

Our house is older and designed from the early 80s,needless to say it took some creativity to put a dependable system in. Given the fact I live in the country,requiring multiple power systems. Solar,battery,generator and power from the grid. Michael’s team were up to the challenge. I very rarely give 5 stars but this group earned all 5!!!

My experience with Michaelis has been excellent. We’ve hired Michaelis to complete exterior and interior work and the teams have been fantastic. Chris and Chad handled my interior remediation very professionally. They arrived when they said they would, they were respectful of my property, they were also personable; a real pleasure to work with. I feel confident about the quality of the repairs to our roof and interior. We will recommend Michaelis and also choose them for our future needs. I am excited for the next step in our living room remodeling.

We were very pleased with the hard work, attention to detail, and general agreeableness and politeness of Eric, Vyshonne, Jaden. They worked hard (even in the rain!), Were respectful of our property, and left our home better than they found it. We were super impressed!
