From start to finish, Monroe was great to work with! From removal, to drying the effected area, and renovating,things went smoothly. Brian Slusser, our project manager oversaw every bit from beginning to end, assuring us every step of the way. Michael,Gary, and Kolton were extremely helpful, professional, and efficient! They were extremely knowledgeable with the re-installation of our bathroom sink as well 😄 Thanks Guys!

Services: Flood restoration, Mold inspection, Flood cleanup, Water removal, Water damage-related to water softener unit. I cannot speak highly enough regarding Cameron. He was very understanding of the circumstances that we had going on. He was very patient with every question and concern. He would walk through and explain details of next steps, made the process alot easier. His knowledge of of his job was very professional but also personal. The pack out team also did amazing work. Their customer service made the process run alot smoother than I would have thought, with the fact that we’re still in the home. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone! Thanks team!!!

When we discovered a water leak that had gone undetected for several days Cameron Davidson showed up late on a Saturday night and began damage assessment and water extraction immediately. He was thorough and informative always calling first and showing up on time on a daily basis until the job was done. Thanks Cameron. You made this mess much easier to deal with!
