I recently had a water leak that seeped through the wall and caused my carpet to become soaked. Joel was the technician and he did a wonderful job taking care of the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything.

I had a water leak in my bathroom that did a good amount of damage. Paul Davis was picked by my insurance company. They came out did an estimate for the damage. And hired a sub contractor to do the demo and put the new stuff in. 1 was Hispanic and the other was white. They did a decent job on the demo but didn’t replace the subfloor in the front of the living room that was water damaged. That area is now a big sinking hole that is a hazard to me and my family. They didn’t finish the bathroom in the right material and is now pealing. The sink is separated from the base. Trim is held on by 2 nails and is falling off. And they LEFT ALL THE TRASH FOR ME TO DISPOSE OF. When I call to get this resolved I don’syt get any response neither does my family. This company is trash and their workers that they hire are trash. If you want work done that is done right MAKE SURE YOU GET A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I will be hiring a attorney and sueing Paul Davis is they don’t fix their mistakes.

Paul Davis has been helping us to recover from a washer overflow that ruined our laundry room floor and leaked into our basement. Last week they sent in their “closer” Trevor Krall to wrap up the job. He did great work and finished the job in a day when it was scheduled for two. Very professional and highly recommended.

When our basement flooded Rebecca and her team did a fantastic job. They were quick, professional, and very nice to work with. We are quite pleased with the finished product and will call Paul Davis in the future as well as recommend them to our friends. Joe wickey was fantastic and went above and beyond to complete our project. I highly recommed paul davis and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.

I just bought a new home, and the previous owners had a large dog. Since I have a severe allergic reaction to dog hair and dander, I was very concerned about getting the carpets truly clean. A family member called Rebecca at Paul Davis, who sent Thadd to clean over 2,400 square feet of carpet. He did a professional job, removing several stains and thoroughly cleaning and deodorizing the carpets. I can confidently recommend Paul Davis’ carpet cleaning services. Joel Osborn and Jason(didn’t get his last name) performed a mitigation on my bathroom and a small ceiling section of the neighboring bedroom on June 13th. They did a thorough job and cleared away all the debris. Joel kept me informed of their progress and showed me the areas of damage that would be repaired. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.
