I had storm damage to roof and interior, bedroom ceiling and bed/carpet. Jeremy was the best of the best, always followed up with me, had good information on what they would take care of also worked with insurance co. Can’t say enough about truly listening to my needs and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I called and asked if okay to reschedule due to heavy rain expected because we have two dogs, and they were very accommodating! On reschedule date they did a great job! Definitely felt like he went above and beyond with service.

Prompt response to water remediation. Terrible followup. According to insurance adjuster, flooring company and construction company they didn’t do a complete job. They refused to correct it. Angry employees. Customer service non existent . Would rate a zero if had the choice. Would never hire again.

Hasgoe was extremely helpful to us in a time of need. They were timely, extremely professional, and took care of all of our needs. Jeremy and Andy were attentive to all the details and made sure our problems were solved. Can’t recommend them anymore! Excellent customer service!!! Thanks Hasgoe for a job very well done! I recently had a flood in my home in both the kitchen and the basement. I called Hasgoe and they were here very quickly to assess the damages and proceed with taking care of the water problems (required tearing out the kitchen floor and moving out the appliances, etc). I worked with Jeremy Goebel. He’s very knowledgeable and I am not. He very carefully explained to me what needed to happen and he was very pleasant and patient as I peppered him with questions. I appreciate him very much. I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy and Hasgoe. I’m not done, yet. They will be coming out to finish my basement by preparing it and spraying it for mold. I highly recommend Hasgoe if you ever have a need for flood or smoke damage repair. Great company and people.

Hasgoe came to demo and dry out three levels of my home after water damage from a tree that fell on my roof. They were professional, friendly and responsive. Ryan was a superstar and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to love on my “annoying” dog. I highly recommend this company. Update 12/7/23: I used Hasgoe for a final construction clean after remodeling. The girls who came to clean were great. I also had ducts cleaned due to construction dust. The guys were friendly and efficient and price was very competitive. I’ve been very happy with every Hasgoe employee who’s been in my home. Great local company with happy and motivated employees.
