I called on a Friday, and Jeff returned my call quickly and was able to come out the following Monday. He took the time to explain the process and what he was looking for during the inspection. Thankfully I was not in need of remediation, but I would have hired him for the job if needed. Good communication and prompt service!

Jeff was very honest and reassuring of the water damage he inspected. No fluff, no sales pitch. He provided a couple options for remediation and gave us ways to resolve what we could on our own should we chose it. We appreciated his genuine approach of how to fix the problem, not spin a profit. Additionally, his services were very fairly priced.

Jeff worked us into his schedule on short notice to look at what appeared to be a small area of mold in our attic. He did a thorough evaluation of the entire attic. He told us it was not anything to be concerned about. He said he’d feel bad taking our money for an unnecessary treatment. Great customer service and honest!!

Amazing company!!!! Answered right away came out same day, and took a look at my mold issues. Reasonably priced had all my issues addressed and fixed within a timely manner. definitely recommend them!! If i ever have anymore water problems A+ Restoration Services will be who i call first

I’ve had a great experience with this company as they were very professional. Had Jeff come out to my house to check out my crawl space. He was honest and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The workers were great very timely and hard working. Would highly recommend.
