We had an upstairs HVAC system leak and spread water through a bedroom, loft area and on to the ceiling for the main floor. After reparing the HVAC I called ServiceMaster and they were out to our house within an hour. They were able to quickly address the issue, had drying equipment ready to go and were kind and courteous throughout the entire process. Our main tech walked me through each stage of the inspection, drying, and cleanup process and was fantastic to work with. They messaged to checked on the status periodically and answered all questions in a quick and respectful manner. To call and be met with a calm voice reassuring me all was going to be okay means the world when dealing with water soaked floors and ceilings. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you thank you!! (Also, as an industrial hygienist they get bonus points for explaining their position on mold and what situations they’d recommend consulting with an industrial hygienist 😊)

Service Master is a great Company !!! Our water heater flooded our ground-level finished basement. They were out right away to assess and start the process . Staff was clean , polite and very hardworking !!! They explained everything. Owner Dusty called and checked in regularly. The whole experience with company was fantastic !! Thank you Service Master . I will recommend to anyone !!!

During the recent storms, one of our trees fell and hit our home leaving significant water damage in our daughter’s room. ServiceMaster arrived quickly and did a thorough inspection. With their incredible attention to detail, they found some evidence of potential mold. They acted quickly and compassionately to clean every single toy and restore our home to a safe place for our family. I’m so grateful for all of the top notch team, and I’d recommend they be your first call for any damage threatening your home.

Couldn’t say more positive things! We’ve now had water issues 3 separate times in our home and they show up immediately, their staff are so kind, and go above and beyond to make our day easier. They know what they’re doing! They recommended a plumber who also was able to show up and fix a pipe on the spot! Best people, best service!

Wow. Did not know this level of service still existed! Thank you so much to the quick, kind and hardworking professionals at ServiceMaster. They showed up immediately and had all of the professionals that I needed to fix my water problem that involved carpet, drywall, plumbing, etc. I highly recommend them when problems arise in your home. They always texted when they were on their way and I always felt more than comfortable when they were here. Great team at ServiceMaster!!

After discovering a water pipe had a crack in my crawl space, Service Master came out within the hour. Amazing customer experience. Tony gave detailed descriptions of the issue, and made sure it was perfect by the time everything was fixed, and cleaned up.

After our soiled attic insulation was removed following an invasion of flying squirrells, we hired ServiceMaster (Bloomington, IN) to clean and decontaminate the entire space. They did an EXCELLENT job, from the initial contact/proposal thru the work done, and made sure we were completely satisfied. We were! Incredible overall experience from ServiceMaster. After receiving nearly 3 inches of standing rainwater in our basement we contacted ServiceMaster. Tony and his team were at our house within a few hours, they immediately relived the stress of a flooded basement. After some water damage occurred in our basement I called Servicemaster (based on previous great reviews) and set up an appointment for them to assess the damage and help dry out the area. From the very first call the staff was very professional and timely . Tony came out right away and arranged for the equipment to be brought in and explained the usual time frame and sequence of their services. They also worked closely with our insurance company to submit estimates and measurements. We could not have had better service at a stressful time! I am thankful for the previous reviews that led me to call Servicemaster and decided I should pass along to others that may be unsure who to call.
