Working with this company has been amazing. Dealing with the flood damage from July 2nd in Chicago was completely overwhelming but Anibal Gonzalez and John Mims made every step of the process as painless as possible. Servpro was very easy to deal with. An inspection of the problem was scheduled within days and the resolution was performed the following week, both at my convenience. Everyone was very professional, efficient and friendly. Everything was left very tidy and I would recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned our basement and did a fantastic job! They answered and addressed all of our questions and concerns, paying special attention to keeping dust contained, which was key due to my severe allergies. They also disposed of debris/trash, while keeping our keepsakes safe/clean. The team really went above and beyond the call of duty. Would highly recommend due to their quality work and professional, positive attitudes!

Worked with a group of gentleman down for hurricane cleanup in Florida/Alabama these guys treated me and the other Temps like we were part of their team ! Appreciate the learning experience definitely recommending these group of gentleman for ANY hurricane cleanup !

Not happy at all; started job without clarifying steps. When I understood I asked to stop and leave; they asked $300, than they left without fixing the baseboard they pulled, moreover, without my consent. When asked they told me they would put it back in place with additional $150.

Stay away!!! If I could give zero stars I would. They came to do a dry out after our dishwasher flooded our home. To make an incredibly long story short they tore through an asbestos floor without anyone’s knowledge and released asbestos into our home which we found out 2 weeks after our family, including 3 young children had been living in it. They also didn’t properly dry out the home and left us with mold in multiple areas. The asbestos went through our HVAC system contaminating the entire home and contents. We lost everything, had to stay in a hotel on our dime because their insurance wouldn’t pay and now they are still refusing to pay the full cost of repair and content replacement forcing us to go to court, and this happened in September! Do not use them!!!!
