Clean Restoration was an absolute LIFESAVER when our basement flooded! They were at our door within 30 minutes of placing an emergency call on a Sunday EVENING! Their crew worked tirelessly to get everything cleaned up and dried out, and they did not leave our home until all 3,000+ gallons of water was emptied. In the week they were here they were very professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping us through our stressful situation. They have hearts of gold and even took the time to engage with our toddler and ask us how we were doing (a big shoutout to Shon who was very knowledgeable and helped ease a lot of our worries!). The owner, Jeff, also made appearances (even on Sunday evening) and kept wonderful communication with us through the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his business. They truly are the best, and we will definitely always recommend them! Thank you, Clean Restoration!!!

Austin and his team have been amazing since day one. They got to my home within a half hour to begin clean up after my water heater malfunctioned and flooded my basement. The entire team was and continues to be so empathetic and helpful throughout this entire process (which had to have been tough due to the amount of calls they were receiving in the community due to subzero temps). I have never had to deal with this before, and I truly don’t know what I would do without them walking me through the process of things from clean up to insurance. Jeff has personally called several times to check up on my family and I. We are truly blessed and grateful for this company and its employees.

We had a pipe break in the kitchen and the water ran for approximately an hour damaging not the upstairs and the basement and its contents. Staff from Clean Restoration came in that evening and started the clean up process. They were both professional and kind. They communicated through every step of the process and did an amazing job! All the crew was fantastic! I hope we never need these services again but, if we do, I’d definitely use Clean Services again. Thank you so much for making a bad situation much, much better. Jeff runs a top notch business. I’ve been fortunate enough to help when I can with Drywall and painting projects. Definitely a business to look up to from the boss himself all the way down the ladder. Runs a tight ship. His crew starts on time and his estimator Austin is knowledgeable, always prompt to help and answer any questions. Been really fortunate to work with him and his crew. Thankful!

I had water in my basement and Jeff was able to fit me in the schedule same day. He relieved the massive amount of stress quickly by setting up a game plan. He was knowledgable, and professional. Any water or mold issues I may have in the future, I will know exactly who to call.

A busted pipe caused sewer backup in my basement. Thankfully, Clean Restoration was able to come out the day that I called, clean up everything, and leave the basement smelling and looking nice and clean. I highly recommend them!
