I don’t find myself doing this very often, but there are times that guilt would consume me if i didn’t recognize performance that is so extraordinary on multiple levels. We were consumed with a water event that turned our recently renovated home upside down. Water goes wherever it wants and destroys everything it touches. The layers of responsiveness necessary to restore a home from beginning to end would test the fortitude of anyone unfortunate enough to experience it. Within fifteen minutes of discovery numerous people were responding to the initial phase of chaos. Fire personnel, HOA, and trades were here. Drake Haigh, President of Servpro of Northwest Lake County took the primary lead along with members of his organization. He broke down utter confusion to the “sum of it’s parts”, and instilled immediate confidence that we were in good hands, confirming he would stand with us throughout the initial mitigation to the final punch list to completion. That commitment of professionalism, concern, and hands on responsiveness / mediation with our insurance company in addressing the level of detail information they required was extraordinary. Every phase requiring expert expertise across multiple skill sets was incredible. When you witness a team of individuals sharing a people centric approach to a common goal, you see an organization that is cohesive and committed from the top down and bottom up! I can not say enough about Drake and his diverse team. I can only attest to a company comprised of skilled professionals that can lift the burden of loss and replace it with flawless results. You could have utter confidence in having them represent your ongoing needs dealing with the unforeseen!

When my sump pump failed, Drake and his crew were out quickly, and saved my carpet! His guys worked hard, and made us feel at ease while they cleaned up my mess of water! I would use them again, when trouble strikes!

Drake and his team were amazing and instrumental in helping us with a slight mold issue in our attic. They were professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
