I would have given pure360 a 5 due because of the technicians Thoroughness and sensitivity to my concerns. However right after leaving the my home for the service and checking into a hotel with my family the company powered called me 4 times in minutes from an u familiar number. When I answered it the woman was super aggressive demanding I pay in full before the service was completed. I had to advise her I was still working on settling in my family and would call back to pay which I did. I just feel like a service shouldn’t require full payment until the work is done similar to how they did with the intial service visit. I haven’t even received confirmation that the treatment worked. Additionally I had to ask several times for the photos from the original visit. The technician was kind enough to send it when he couldn’t get the office to send it.

Excellent service, the technician Jose looked at each space with a possible mold, very professional, answered each question in detail, absolutely recommended, also the person who assisted me for the first time by phone to make the appointment was exceptional, very friendly and gave me all the necessary information…exceptional service. I will definitely look for them again ….

Jose was very informative of the situation and explained thoroughly how the treatment would kill the mold and what we could expect. This process was fast, clean and we could immediately tell the air was cleaner !!
