Helpful and communicative. As first time home buyers needing a whole new roof replacement due to hail damage, they walked us through the damage, process, helped us work with our insurance, and got the job done quickly. When we had a question a year later, they came out for a free inspection and helped us answer any questions.

When our home experienced a shocking and unexpected flood we didn’t know what to do. Calling Aloha was the right answer for our family. They came out to our home within a few hours, and they brought everything that we needed to start working right away to help remove all the damage that occured in our basement. Having our home damaged was a hard experience, but they made it so much easier for us to get everything done and taken care of. Yes our stuff that got ruined was lost and they couldn’t return that, but they did give us back a peace of mind that our home was safe and functional again. The best part was how quickly they got to work. Everyone who came and was involved in the project was very professional and very polite. We found this experience to be just what we needed and wanted. We hope we don’t need to call again, but if we do we will.
