We read great reviews – but both my husband and I called on different days and we can’t get anyone to return either of our calls. It’s been 4 days. When you call, no live human – it goes straight to a VM system.

Ken was super helpful and really communicative. Always returned my phone calls, was up front about pricing, and stayed right on schedule. The folks on his team who did the remediation work made it look better than I imagined it could. Super impressed and grateful they did the work.

We ended up not requiring mold remediation after all (THANKFULLY), but I had such a positive experience with Chicagoland Mold Doctors that I felt compelled to leave a review. From start to finish, we received PHENOMENAL customer service. The young lady that I initially spoke to on the phone was awesome and Allen, the gentleman that came to our home, was incredibly professional, polite and HONEST which is hard to come by these days. Although we did not end up using their services, I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that I know who does (unfortunately) need mold removal.

Chicagoland Mold Doctors did a fantastic job in our crawlspace with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was polite, professional, and met all expectations. CMD is the ultimate in professionalism from the initial visit to determine project extent and pricing to scheduling services, answering my questions, and the end result: complete mold remediation which included replacement of the damaged walls and insulation, and painting with a specialized mold resistant paint. They were recommended to me by a reliable source, my Condo Property Manager.
