I needed the service of BAC for a fire restoration project I was working on. I could not have been more satisfied with the prompt service I received, and the way the project was handled in regards to explaining the whole process and the handholding that was required in dealing with the Ins companies involved. Their crew was friendly, respectful and clean. Call BAC first for all your clean up needs, emergency or not, they do it all. An additional shout out to Sergio and Sara, they are great and really made the whole situation painless. 5-stars all day!

Used for both vent cleaning and flooding in our basement and did a first class job with both. Very professional and kept us informed throught the entire process! Weve used others and regreted even before they finished the job. BAC is always going to be our go to!

Pete from BAC provided excellent service when I needed help with flood damage in my basement due to an overflowing ejector drain. He came out the same day to assess the situation and had everything resolved by the next day. Just had our ducts cleaned by BAC Restoration and the guys did a fantastic job. I’ve been trying for years to get my husband on board with having this done but he was skeptical. After all the dust, pet hair, and debris they pulled out, he’s a believer now. Highly recommend the BAC team–very thorough and professional.

Sergio and Pete from BAC Restoration are wonderful to work with. They communicated well to keep us in the know when they would be at our place, they checked to see if there was any extensive water damage before deciding on how they were going to handle what was already done, and they came back to check on the results. They also helped to move back the furniture, especially the larger ones. You would never know we had a water leak. Thank you, gentlemen.

Sergio and his guys are simply amazing!! Saw my husband on the side of the road in a ditch during snow storm. Without hesitation they jumped out and helped get him back in the road.
