These folks came out to our apartment after a water heater pipe burst, they did a wonderful job of moving our furniture out, opening up the drywall, cutting out the carpet, and ultimately eliminating any mold risk. They left dryers on site over the weekend to ensure no mold could manifest, and when they came to get the equipment they were very thorough. Highly recommended!

I wish I could have used them! What was frustrating is that they had a bunch of storm damage to deal with and so I got a call back saying there would be a couple weeks until they would be able to provide service. Very reasonable and I didn’t expect to have service right away. Without asking me if I wanted to book an appointment, they hung up the phone. Apparently their tag line of theirs “No job too big or too small” is fake. Apparently my job was too small to have a carpet cleaning done. Very disappointing about that.
