If there was a negative star, I would give them one. They came in like a bull and a china shop and damaged a lot of my stuff damage to my structure didn’t take some things out. Some things they taken out they shouldn’t have taken out. They cleared the house out to the walls (had water leak 165,000 gallons of water went through my meter) and they were terrible there people couldn’t speak English, they had people it was Justin they didn’t know what the heck they were doing. They were terrible terrible terrible terrible I’ve never seen anything so bad all my life. I was in customer service for 25 years they wouldn’t provide me with list, pictures or nothing took three months, three months, to get the photos and the time that it took for them to “finish “ which cause the remolding company to take other jobs so now l have been waiting almost a month then they caused the restoration people go elsewhere Now I am trying to get bids to get my house put back in order. Meanwhile, my insurance company got me stuck in a hotel so ServPro I wouldn’t let them put air in your car tires. They are so terrible. Rotten to the core is the name of the guy Justin that supposed to be in charge he didn’t know what he was doing. It must have been his very first job . That was terrible terrible terrible terrible. They came in actually destroyed some of my personal property which they shouldn’t have and threw away things that they should not have. I don’t know where they are. It has been since 23rd January 2024 and I don’t know where some of the stuff is they won’t tell me they won’t show me. They won’t return stuff, even took the router for my computer sitting in the windowsill They cleaned out the room and had to replace the carpeting that was pulled out, but this was in the windowsill plugged into the wall why they took it. I have no idea they did all my electrical breakers to the house my electric bill $1750.00 for one month terrible they were terrible .l could go on an on l wouldn’t use them on a bet

This place is all about money and what’s best for there interests if you like foreigners at your place and people who don’t know how to do the demo then I would recommend someone else SERVPRO Effingham is a joke there not a good company so EVERYONE don’t ask for there service you will be very disappointed.
