On the morning of christmas eve, I had a frozen pipe that busted open. Called a couple of places, no answer. One guy said he would call me back from bolingbrook and didn’t. Was able to get a hold of Tim from integrity restoration, and they came out that morning. Fixed my pipe, so I had water for the Christmas weekend. They restored my whole bathroom. They are very nice people and they do very good work. Tim and his team are very professional. Would definitely recommend them !!

Jan. 2023 While out of town, a house check was done by a neighbor and found a water leak caused by a broken plastic connection on the dishwasher which led to flooding 95% of our 1st floor and basement. A company was called to begin mitigation and I returned home. Things went slower than I thought it should, then more men showed up and finished after about 3wks. Then the insurance adjuster came and did his job. At that point I wanted someone else to do the reconstruction and found Integrity Restoration Owner Tim Williams. I had a great conversation with Tim as he answered my questions and gave me great advice on handling the insurance claim. Tim then returned and did a 2nd adjuster report to see if anything was missed—which resulted in a doubling the cost of reconstruction cost up to the present building code. Needless to say Tim got the job. The communication was great and when he communicated with others –INS Co. sub-contractors, City building dept., and misc. persons involved in the reconstruction I was c.c. in the emails or texts. I was always aware of the progress. The end result was great with only deductible on my end and a terrific reconstruction. This company Integrity Restoration of Crest Hill Il. And owner Tim Williams is worth the call when you have an emergence or ins. claim and need HELP—Tim does your bidding on your behalf. You won’t be sorry. Ted B.

Integrity Restoration restored our home after a major fire to a beautiful stunning new home. Tim, the owner, has the patience and knowledge to work successfully with insurance companies and local inspectors. He and his team are an outstanding example of what Integrity is all about. I think in these times Integrity is far and away above the average restoration company. They are excellent and they really care about their clients. If you want the best, call Tim at Integrity.

After losing our home, and everything in it, to a house fire… We are now one very happy family in a beautiful new home built by the Integrity Restoration team. The Integrity Restoration attention to detail and concern for us was amazing through this whole experience! Integrity Restoration’s Tim Williams not only helped to make sure we understood every detail of the process, and our options all through the process, but, he worked with our insurance company to insure that we got everything we were entitled to… Not an easy task for either Tim , or our claims adjuster, during covid related shortages and sky high material costs. Tim and his team were also always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, honestly and openly, and we surely put them to the test there! At a time when great customer service & quality is sorely lacking in many services/businesses, it is refreshing to find a business like Integrity Restoration that understands and values the importance of great customer service and great workmanship.

Tim with Integrity Fire & Flood was an absolute God send to my little family in chaos. From beginning to end he and his associates, were fast, efficient, did excellent work, communicated effectively and rapidly through the entire process. When a tree fell on my roof and left an initial patch to the roof and three foot crack in my ceiling, the insurance adjuster while assessing the damage done as an oversight pulled up my original contractors patch and did not reseal it correctly per my words on my security videos. We left for Memorial Day weekend. Returned to a full flood from my living room down to my basement like a waterfall. Resulting in a five month hotel stay and over $50,000 in damages. Initially the insurance company provided a contractor that quit before they started. Somehow we stumbled on Integrity. Their entire team was so empathic to our situation, made the entire process fluid and easily understood. They went out of their way when I had my small children to bring samples, pick up payments so I wouldn’t have to take them out. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide a very accurate and detailed assessment of repairs including upgrades required for city codes. They even provided us with all of this information making it easier to handle the insurance company. They even offered to take over the issues and claims in my unique situation of a another companies negligence. Their quotes were spot on, they went above and beyond to work with us. i would highly recommend them for any work or fix as they collaborate with licensed contractors for multi problem fixes.

Tim and his team were very professional and thorough when assessing the damage to the property caused by roof leakage. Tim prepared a detailed report and took care of submitting the claim to the insurance company. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed by Tim and his team (Nate and his team did the insulation work, Fernando and his team did the dry wall repair and painting). Tim is a man of great business ethics and he was very easy to work with.

Being faced with an unexpected water situation, as a homeowner you are freaking out and trying to figure out what do as quickly as possible. Fortunately I was connected to Tim who talked me through and calmed me down over the phone. I was able to mitigate some damage and he was friendly enough to come for a consultation as well. I spoke to three different restoration companies and nobody was as neighborly and helpful. He just genuinely seemed glad to help. I know he’ll be the first one I’m calling in the future if needed!

For 35 years we have owned a brick, 2-story commercial building which was built in the late 1800’s and is located in downtown Plano. The upper level has two apartments, and the lower level has been leased as a restaurant following our own successful restaurant business of 22 years. Much to our dismay, on August 6, 2017 a fire started in one of the apartments which led to extensive fire, smoke and water damage to the entire building. It was necessary to totally gut and rebuild up to code which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Tim Williams of Integrity Restoration was excellent in dealing with all details of the rebuild including working with the architect, insurance company, and city/state building inspectors. This was all new to us and Tim or Bill (Project Manager) always returned our phone calls and answered any questions we had. Seventeen months latter we now have a totally new interior and front of our building and are very proud of the end result. Thank you Tim for your patience with us, your expertise and a job well-done!
