I felt pretty hopeless when trying to find someone that would fix a small portion of my roof all summer and into the fall. On three different occasions, I called and set up a time for an estimate with no-shows. What I realized is that companies are truly not that interested and just repair but full roof replacement, I desperately posted in my towns, Facebook page looking for some support and Noel reached out. With honesty and recommendation and reference right on Facebook Noel came out did a quick estimate and took the job. Not the biggest work to be done in town but such a huge need for me and repairing a part of my roof and the interior of my bathroom. I am so thankful and will certainly recommend Silva for any work. Anyone needs to get done. I will also be reaching out soon for Future needs at my home.

My restaurant’s basement got flooded at the time when multiple businesses up and down the block got flooded too, due to massive storm and rain in October of 2022. Despite being super busy with multiple emergency calls, Mr. Silva somehow found employees who came the same day (!!) and worked in the basement long hours into the night! Mr. Silva quoted me a decent price, given the circumstances, and his crew did a phenomenal job. They cleaned and dried the entire basement. They came back the following day to finalize a few things and make sure the floor and all walls were dry, and my restaurant’s employees can safely come to work. After completion of the job Mr. Silva realized that the total damage and therefore required amount of work turned out to be less than he originally quoted, and he lowered the final invoiced amount!! This kind of honesty and fairness can hardly be seen these days. The job was done professionally and perfectly. Thank you Mr. Silva, we would 100% call you again if we had a need for your excellent services.

Noel and his team were really easy to work with, professional, and knowledgable. They did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and completing the work, and they left our house and yard neat and tidy when they were done. Noel also gave us some great recommendations for future work we might want to do on our house, but he never upsold us, which I really appreciated! I will definitely be calling them again for any roofing or gutter needs.

The person was nice on phone but when they came out, the tools used for the cleaning process were Not professional enough for the job. My vent is still not cleaned out and we cant dry our clothes. Waited over three weeks before someone came out to start the job.
