If you ever have the unfortunate experience of part of your home being damaged by a burst pipe, then I hope you have the fortunate experience of working with RR to fix everything! We called RR after we had another company do mitigation work, but we wish we would’ve found them sooner. It was such a relief when Shaker showed up at our house, assessed the situation and said, “I will take it from here”. Throughout the entire process of working with them, we experienced nothing but the highest degree of quality, professionalism, and genuine care for our situation. From Vinnie, working directly with insurance to make sure we received the funds to bring our home back to its original condition, to Shaker ensuring we had everything taken care of quickly, to Kamil and the crew doing amazing work – RR made a tough situation a little bit less difficult to go through!

First class operation, so glad I was referred to these guys. Smallest leak caused huge damage in my basement. Called them 11pm on a Friday. I had to say no 3x to coming right away, that’s how available they were. 8am the next morning right on time. Vincent the owner has been immensely valuable and knowledgeable. His crew led by Corey & Mike have been busy, respectful and communication has been superb. The water leak is very unfortunate, but the Redefined Restoration guys have exceeded what I thought was possible. Highest of recommendations.

Redefined Restoration truly proves the truth in its name! After working with us for about a month from the burst Pipe damage to final restoration, I could Not recommend any company more than this one! Professional in every way, caring , outstanding expertise, support through the entire process – including working with insurance. Honestly, owner Vince and project manager William, and all of the staff we met through each phase, performed truly beyond expectations. I had a great experience working with Redefined Restoration! They helped me create more storage space in my clothing store as well as a new fitting room. Shaker was the project manager I worked with and he made the process so easy. He was quick to respond to messages and communicated well when plans needed to change.
