This is the 2nd job Excel has done for me; both taking over FOUR months to complete. They come in and demolition stuff (aka mitigation) but then leave the job sit for months. They have asked me multiple times to take down my negative review with the promise of completing a part of the job; but still not finish. They still owe me my garage door opener and have held all my garage contents and tools ransom for over 4 months that I NEED to do my job. They sit in some mysterious Excel Vault I’m not told where they are or given access to my things unless I pay $33,000 when I never asked them to do that. They just did it. I’ve had to buy new tools, tennis rackets for my children’s sports, coolers, etc. Imagine the things you keep in your garage being taken from you for 5 months. I wanted you to be aware of the disservice this company is doing to our community and the only reason you don’t see more negative reviews is because they threaten customers to take them down. I would not trust this company with anything in your home!

We had two Excel professional mitigate our storm damage today. Both Jay and Juan where prompt, courteous, clean. and outstanding workers. I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of their services.

Excel has a great team, which I mentioned in a previous positive review. Sergio just completed the final carpentry work. He was professional, personable and worked carefully and with experience. Trim, door and paint look better than the originals did. Very happy with the job!

Strongly recommend Excel Restoration! We recently experienced water damage in our home and Gabriel and Ruben have been extremely helpful and professional. They completed demo of a damaged shower and ceiling taking all the precautions and answering all my questions along the way. I am looking forward to the restoration! ¡Gracias Gabriel y Rubén!

Thank you to Gabriel and Taras for the great work that they completed at our house. We had a sudden accidental backup into our half bath which rained contaminated water into our finished basement. They came in, tested the area, set up containment and removed damaged drywall and carpet. Once the area is dry, restoration will start. Grateful For the great service so far…

After finding out I had a major leak affecting a good portion of my basement and kitchen, I contacted Excel and they quickly came. Gabriel and his team quickly put me at ease and explained everything. The communication has been great and they have been very helpful.

I called at 9am and by 3pm had Gabe at the house to evaluate the situation . 2 days later Gabe and his crew showed up early, knocked out the work and kept me informed the entire time. Would recomend Excel to anybody.
