Kurt Vanselow came out within the hour after calling him to assess the damages from pipes bursting in my kitchen. I am so grateful to him as I was clueless and upset. He got a clean up crew in immediately and guided me with the insurance process and kept me posted as to what was happening next. I highly recommend his services which were outstanding.

My mother’s pipes bursted right before the holidays. It was a disaster. Kurt Vanselow and his crew came in and took care of her and her disaster. He did a great job of communicating step by step and made sure that the job was done correctly and that she was being treated fairly by the insurance company. Usually in a situation where I would micro manage for her, I felt more than comfortable and trusted Kurt completely. I would recommend him and his team to anyone and use him again in a heartbeat.

3 months after paying for work they did 25 percent of the work. Charged our insurance for 440 boxes… delivered 265 of them then threatening to sue before delivery the rest…. run… do not walk… run away from this place.
