Carlos and the entire team were kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help in a very difficult situation. Their work was fabulous. The team was onsite within 1.5 hours of the flood and were very diligent in getting the work completed. I am grateful this team was available.

I highly recommend ServiceMaster DAK in Buffalo Grove for residential and commercial services such as carpet/furniture/flooring cleaning, disaster restoration (fire, water, mold etc)! I put out an S.0.S call to ServiceMaster and received an immediate response from the owner, Dean. I did not have a personal disaster but I knew that they were in business of helping those in need. Because they deal with disaster restoration, I was hoping that they might have a commercial sized fan to donate or loan for a local animal shelter that was having difficulty keeping the animals cool in the 100 degree weather. As mentioned, the response was immediate and they opened their hearts and graciously donated 6 (six) commercial fans. Their quick action and kindness alleviated the discomfort of the animals and eased the worry of all the animal lovers who were concerned for their welfare. One of the things I look for when choosing a company, is community support, impact and involvement. ServiceMaster in Buffalo Grove shines. If you need assistance quickly, I believe that their timely response, compassion, generosity and quick action would assure anyone that their project was in good hands. This company’s good deeds deserve our recognition and our business!

Had carpets and area rugs cleaned. Carlos was on time and very pleasant. Walked through the house, estimated and explained the job to be done and proceeded with the project. Carpets look great. Very pleased with the results. Everyone in the organization was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Brian and his team member showed up on time, in masks and did a thorough job cleaning our carpets. We had a different company our prior who did a hasty, horrific job, but they took their time focusing on tougher stain areas and the final product really speaks for itself. I was almost 100% positive they wouldn’t be able to get out a tough coffee stain our three year old put in the carpet, but somehow they did with no evidence of it ever being there. 10/10 would recommend, very satisfied with the outcome!

I took 4, very comfortable, very old chairs, out of storage, for my new apartment. They were indeed comfortable, but quite dirty and stained. The Buffalo Grove Service Master performed a miracle, and the spots, and 20 years of dirt and dust, and you name it were gone. Surprisingly, the original colors returned as well. The men were knowledgeable and careful and and did a great job. The price was right and the large comfortable chairs are like new. The company, it’s technology and ALL of the persons who helped me were very professional. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE

GREAT company! I had water damage in one of my closets, coming from the roof. They arrived just when they said they would, and not only got the job done, but did a great job. Looking at the closet and room, I’d never know it was there in the first place. Very professional group of guys, too. I would highly recommend this ServiceMaster to anyone.

I had a pet get sick on new, light colored carpeting. ServiceMaster cleaned the carpet quickly and efficiently, with no sign whatsoever this ever occurred! The team is extremely friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend calling ServiceMaster of Buffalo Grove!

I recently called ServiceMaster DAK in Buffalo Grove to clean the carpet in my home and I was impressed by the results. Their crew was very professional and attentive, and they completed the job to the high standard that they promised. ServiceMaster DAK even went out of their way to move the furniture to make sure they cleaned every inch of the carpet. I would definitely recommend their services.
