We have used Duraclean for many years to do annual carpet and dryer vent cleaning, as well as occasional larger, whole house cleaning services. They always do a fantastic job, and our long time technician, Tom, is wonderful. Great service, great price; highly recommended!

Tom and the team from Duraclean were outstanding! We had a terrible flood in our basement. Tom came and assessed the damage, explained everything thoroughly, spent 90 minutes doing this while FaceTiming with my husband who could not be on site. He and his team were incredibly professional, kind, thorough, and did exactly what was proposed, and more. It has been a very challenging time but Tom and his team and the staff, Vanessa specifically, have been seamless in helping this difficult time not feel awful. We literally feel like we have a team on our side, guiding all the steps and there is an end date to this mess. And, their pricing is incredibly fair. I had 2 estimates and their bid was 1/3 the amount of another bid, and, the final project was less than the bid. I highly highly recommend Duraclean. Thank you again

Highly recommend services. Fast service, attention to detail and very professional approach. Delivery of service in the time windows that were provided. Courteous and very friendly staff on site. We had a flooded kitchen and basement as a result of fridge leak and their water mitigation service was excellent. Cleaned up very well. A good , 1st class operation!
