Recently my family had to deal with a flooded basement after the sump pump failed. Our insurance had Skyline come out and Frank was at our house within an hour. He was very knowledgeable about the process and made it easier for my parents. When he came back with a crew the following day they were all very professional and took extra care to keep our house clean. Highly recommend Skyline.

Brandon and Daniel came out to my home after a severe storm, assessed the damage and were ready to work. After they were done I noticed some additional damage, I called them and they came back to take care of it. They are very courteous , knowledgeable, professional and timely.

Skyline has been great with help from a fire in our building. We wanted to send a shout out to 2 very sweet strong rock star employees Maria & Lidia. We needed a file cabinet they had in storage and these 2 super women carried it up a flight of stairs and into our small space and set it up for us. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend them!

Skyline was the right choice for the issue we had with the construction of our building’s damage. They were fast and efficient. The work was professionally done. It was very pleasant communicating with Ms Nadia and the superintendent Mr Ali, the individuals I was in contact with to get the work done.

Per project manager complete date doesn’t matter but still gave me a 6/5/24 date anyway….. Waiting for a new completion date for my home … it’s been 1 year and 10 days since the fire .. was supposed to be completed by 12/30/23 HA! Was supposed to be completed today 5/31/24 HA! Have they done anything to help this homeless family with special needs kids? We are struggling financially and have repeatedly asked for financial help due to the completion date moved every 2 weeks since January 2024… Where are we today??? Oh conveniently no inspections until 6/20/24 So I have not been formally been notified of any new “completion date” but my guess is close to the 20th… meanwhile my family is borrowing and running up credit cards as well as forebearance with our mortgage because this company Skyline who’s emblem is “restoring happiness “ isn’t done with neither the plumbing nor the electrical nor the water heater change… also leaving key box open, and doors unlocked…. Check your home! Check on the workers because sometimes their superintendent doesn’t know if there is anyone working or not that day. Oh it’s endless… and the only way they can possibly make this right is by paying my family for the 20k plus we have spent waiting for them to get it together.

Very professional in handling the case and working together with my insurance to ensure smooth property restoration. Ali the property restoration lead was very helpful and ensured my property was restored in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company.
