I hope you never have to go through a true disaster, but if fate takes an unexpected turn, I want to share my heartfelt experience with All Clean. Last Christmas, we were hit by a terrible incident in our new home – a frozen pipe burst and wreaked havoc in every room, even before we had fully settled in. The water kept pouring in for what felt like an eternity, leaving my family scared, upset, and utterly helpless. Dealing with unresponsive insurance companies and big restoration companies that didn’t seem to care only added to the stress. In my desperation, I turned to Google and stumbled upon Joe Jackson at All Clean. From the moment I spoke to him, it was as if a glimmer of hope appeared amidst the darkness. I cannot express enough how grateful my family is for All Clean and the exceptional service provided by Joe, Mike, and the whole team. During one of the most difficult times we’ve ever faced, having them by our side was a reassuring anchor. It’s not something I do often, but I felt compelled to write this review from the heart. I had recent basement flooding and used All Clean Restoration. Their prompt response, quick action and overall service was impressive. Joe Jackson, Christian and the entire team were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their service included them providing multiple fans and dehumidifiers to help dry out my basement. I am very happy with the top notch service that All Clean Restoration provided and would highly recommend them.

For dealing with a basement flooding, which is not pleasant, this company made every effort to make it as easy as possible. They were professional, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us. They were also the most reasonably priced. You will not find a better company to work with. I interviewed multiple companies and this was the best by far.

Adam and Christian arrived on time. They were extremely professional and courteous. They explained the process and an accurate quote and got everything done very quickly. They even anticipated my needs to prevent the cat from escaping! Well done gentleman!

All Clean just did our carpets and we are amazed at how good they look! All Clean got out stains that we thought were permanent because they had been cleaned two other times and no one could budge them! Wow! We will ABSOLUTELY be repeat customers!!!!
