We had an ice dam form on our roof which caused a massive leak into our home. It was like a waterfall coming from the ceiling. Our window and its frame was damaged. These guys did a great job at fixing our window. They really care that their customers are happy and did everything they could to ensure that the end result looked good to us. I am grateful for their service. Ricardo was honest and did whatever he could to ensure we were happy. Thanks and God bless.

I had a fire at my office and Master Service Group came in and took my furniture, cleaned it, restored it, and moved into my new space! The stress that was lifted off my shoulders was immense, and I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services. David and his team of guys were super nice and helpful. 5/5!!!

Three mounts ago i had a disaster in my hometown, flood et all 3 floors from a frozen water pipe. I was devastate in disbelief, did not know what to do! Country Financial sent me Master Service Group team, they arrived in 20 minutes after I called, evaluated and started work immediately. From 100% humidity in my house in that very day, 2 days later went down to 17%, I couldn’t believe my eyes! They worked fantastic, professionally (equipment is super sophisticated and good), clean ad on time! I also chose them as my general contractor, results are as good. I’m happy back in my house completed remodeled by codes! I would give them 10 Stars If I can!!!!!! Good job, guys!

When the upstairs neighbor flooded my bathroom, foyer and parts of my master bedroom and closet I was told by my insurance company that I should use a restoration company to dry the floors and the ceiling drywall and that we would take it from there … I was hesitant at first but I called Jerry he came out and was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about what he did and he saved me the hassle of replacing everything because his amazing team and his equipment dried my floors and ceiling dry wall…. Jerry explained the whole process as this was a first time for me and walked me through everything…. answered all my questions and there was never a time when he didn’t answer my call THANK YOU VERY MUCH MASTER SERVICE AND JERRY 💙💙💙

If you want the job done right, give these guys a call. I used Master Service Group Last year for a water issue and they did a great job. It started out with a roof leak after the hail storm that damaged the roof. I had the roof repaired but my whole unit was flooded. Mold spores had begun too. They had somebody come here and assess things. Then within another day or two, they started the work. They thoroughly went through everything and cleaned all the mold spores. They did their work and they did it correctly. Plus they let us know every time they came out which was courteous and real nice. They also informed me about every progress of work explaining each and every step. Master service group also dealt with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Master Service Group.
