I had a terrible flood in my basement and I called the 1800 number for PuroClean and they showed up within a hour. They dried all of the water in just 4 days and made sure all of my belongings was handled with care. I am so grateful and would recommend them to everyone. They deserve 10 stars. I can only recommend this company if you have a degradation kink. You see I had a leaky ceiling and mitigation got done quickly. They received their second payment in November and it took them another 3 months to actually come in and finish the job. When I asked the project manager Rush why they were cutting corners, losing pieces to light fixtures, leaving light fixtures hanging by wires, leaving stain on the base boards, and more he decided instead of having a conversation like a normal human to start yelling at me in my own home. Now I have worked for companies like this for years and never have a seen someone especially in a position of power treat customers like that. Honestly one star is being nice considering after Rush blew up on me he didn’t even have the balls to come back in and apologize to me.

I am very happy with PuroClean Disaster Mitigation. Not only were they thorough, efficient and friendly… they were also willing and able to work with our “special” circumstances. We have exotic birds and cannot use any type of chemicals in our house because of it. PuroClean offers organic cleaning products that are non-toxic. They made the entire process quick and painless. I appreciated their friendliness and that they go above and beyond to make a difficult situation so much easier. I highly recommend them!

Puroclean, this is very professional company they came and saved my home from a terrible flood they were able to dry my hardwood floors and save them from meldewing and having to be removed. They worked very efficient and quickly.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about these guys!! I experienced a flood over the holiday weekend and puroclean could not have been a better company to resolve this situation for me. They were fast, very efficient, and took the time to make me feel comfortable with every decision that was being made. Puroclean located at 12540 S. Holiday Dr. Alsip, IL, team provided TERRIBLE results. The work was intentionally delayed by this company. Date of loss was March 21, 23 and finally completed by this contractor November 2023. This company is representative of Poor communication, very poor workmanship, and intentional extended delays. Much of my personal time and money were lost because of this contractor. There was so much additional damage in the process of this contractor and his team working on the restoration. This is not a contractor I would consider for changing a lightbulb. They were paid a little of $44,000 and yet the workmanship is terrible from uneven drywall to cracked granite counter tops. Terrible experience.

I came home to a broken water line and it was a disaster. I called my insurance company American Family. They recommended Pure Clean. I called Pure Clean and they were at my house within an hour. They had 12 fans and 4 dehumidifiers with them. They proceeded cleaning the area up. It was on Friday, They came back on Monday and did the demo work on the damaged area. They were done in 2-3 days. No mess left behind. I would recommend to anyone to use this company. Very Professional. Very thorough. Rosh the Supervisor was awesome as was Jose one of the demo Guys.
