We had a flood in our basement and Elite couldn’t have been better! They came out instantly and went right to work to get the water up off the carpet, they knew exactly what they were doing and the customer service was top notch! They were very helpful and explained everything so we understood what the process was. Chris checked in with us numerous times to see if we needed anything and to check the status of the carpet and padding drying, I would highly recommend using this company not only for the professionalism but for the great customer service and friendly crew!!!!!

Contacted Jake with Elite Restoration about testing my home for radon to satisfy buyers home inspection. Jake was professional and prompt and extremely knowledgeable about radon gas, where it impacts the Southern Idaho region and how to mitigate if high levels are indicated. Jake spent ample time needed to answer all my questions and the rates were reasonable. I’d hire Elite again for sure.

Elite came to the rescue within the hour of calling them. Chris oversaw and coordinated all the team efforts. Marta, Heather and the girls were so careful with our items and rescued more than I thought they could! Seth was so polite, which I appreciate, as it is hard to let crews into our home. Nate was totally on our side, helping get insurance to pay for repairs. Lincoln was Masterful at drywall repair! Looks amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Every stage has a different crew. Thank you, Elite! A difficult time has been made so much easier. 🙂

Lincoln has been working on our bathroom restoration/remodel and has been nothing but kind and professional. He’s done everything in his power to leave us with a final product that meets our standards as home owners, and has gone well above and beyond in that process.
